After receiving your initial custom logo concepts, if you are not satisfied with the range of ideas, you can cancel the order and be promptly refunded your initial half payment for the design work completed thus far. However, once you have chosen a direction to further pursue, a refund can not be made. We are confident that through the process described in how it works we will develop a logo you love.
