Which custom design package is right for me?
We make it simple. Choose from one of five value packages. Select the silver package for simply a great logo. The gold package gives you more choices and unlimited revisions to your logo. Select the platinum package if you are starting a business or would like to update your identity with stationery, business cards and envelopes. Go with the start-up plus printing package if you would like to move forward with printing the identity elements and the corporate plus website package if you are interested in a website as well.

How do I get started with my logo?
The process is only a few steps away. Click on the Pre-Designed logo or Custom logo design package of your choice. Click add to cart and you will be guided through the process to provide us with information about your specific needs. We carefully look over your details and start working that business day.

Why do I need a logo?

How will I receive my finished logo?
Once you approve the final logo design, your new logo will be quickly emailed to you in multiple industry standard formats. So whatever your need for your new logo you will have the files to do it.

How do you keep me informed throughout the process?
Other companies add cumbersome online tools that add time between you and your logo design. We email your logo concepts to you directly with an Adobe Acrobat format file attached for easy, headache free communication. Adobe Acrobat is available for free download at Adobe.com/reader.

What are your payment options?

What if I don’t like the initial custom logo concepts?
We do our best to create the logo of your dreams. But, if the initial concepts are not what you had hoped, we can create more variations. Just remember your design undergoes a process of revisions to arrive at WOW!

What is an illustrative logo?
An illustrative design incorporates many drawn elements to create a scene or picture. This method of logo design can be very effective, however, with the time consuming aspect of this style we must limit our redraws to two. See an example of illustrative logo design and the other types too.

Can you update our existing logo?
Starting with your current logo can be a great option for companies wishing to develop a stronger brand or refocus your image to match your current business. And, yes we can!

Do you have a retail location I can visit?
At this time we do not have a retail location, but we are happy to assist you directly by email or phone.

What is the difference between a revision and a change in scope?
A revision is a change in color, font, spacing, size or refinement of a chosen design. However, a change in scope requires that a completely new set of logo concepts be developed. Logo revisions are included in the package price.
