Shipping & Delivery

Our design services are normally available in digital format so shipping won't be necessary. However, if you order printing or other hard items, shipping is calculated based on either product or order total. Time until shipment varies from 3-7 business days depending on the product and production time. Delivery of your order is then fulfilled by FedEx or UPS ground unless expedited shipping is selected.

Privacy & Security

For each visitor to our website, our web server may automatically recognize and record information in our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, your computer’s name, the type and version of your web browser, referrer address, and other generally-accepted log information. Page views or hit counts along with other statistical and tracking information may also be recorded. The collected information is not associated with your personally identifiable information.

We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user-specific information on what pages consumers access or visit, information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations, and information on consumers who browse our website.

The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web page, used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.

Returns & Replacements

Here at Logos Atlanta, our most valued consideration is your satisfaction. We understand the importance of obtaining a logo that reflects your company’s image in the strongest graphical manner possible and strive to make it a reality.

After receiving the initial logo concepts, if you are not satisfied with the range of ideas, you can cancel the order and will not be charged for the design work completed thus far. However, once you have chosen a direction to further pursue, a refund can not be made. We are confident that through the process described in how it works we can develop a logo you will love. The number of revisions after the initial concepts is based on the package you chose. Visit our logo design packages section for more information.

If the order is printed and does not match the design proof, we will reprint your order with the return of the original shipment. *Please note that colors are not guaranteed and variation may occur when viewing across different media types and paper types.

Ordering

With us you have the option of ordering a logo, web or other graphic design using the easiest method for you. We offer website, phone and fax ordering. Whether you order online or call us to start, a designer will always follow up with you by either a phone call or email depending on the type of feedback needed. If you order online, our designers are are always available to talk first-hand. Direct communication with you is important to us.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We occassionally offer discounts and promotions on specific products or site wide. These specials are based on the criteria of each promotion being met and are limited in nature. The pricing shown on our site is as current as possible. However, we may make a mistake in quantity or price shown. At our discretion we may honor the lower price one time or we may choose to offer a flat 10% discount off the correct price instead. We strive for an accurate site so if you think you have spotted an error please let us know.

Viewing Orders

Once you have completed an order you will receive both an order email and an update in your oline account. To view previous orders placed online simply select "My Account" from the top navigation bar and then "View Orders." If you have difficulty in finding your order status online, don't hesitate to contact your designer directly.

Updating Account Information

To update your account information, login to your account using the top navigation bar link My Account. From there, you can edit your information and click save to store the new data.
